City Doctors - Medicos de Ciudades en Panama
The PII was hired by a consortium of Panama's government, chambers of commerce, unions and NGOs to develop a systemic and integrated plan for the turnaround of Colon City, the Atlantic gate of the Panama channel.
The video shows one of the presentation and discussion sessions with the group, held in Panama City and broadcasted by local TV.
The government commited an investment of 500 million USD in social housing, infrastructure and redevelopment of the historical center of the city, opening it to tourism and reducing the crime and unemployment rates.
