PII developed a knowledge factory in Spain for Overlap Consultants integrating it in an e-performance system connecting US (Chicago), Madrid (KF) and Latina America. More.

The e-performance system combined electronic performance support for end users, customers and contact personnel, with a collaborative network integrrating planning, production, distributios and onine learning and training

With e-performance, clients had access to the product in process, being able to sign-off or require modifications on real time, This ability incteased to over 90 percent customer satisfaction -measured in terms of percentage or returning on remaining customers-, saved 40 percent avg. in production costs (estimated in costs of unnecessary re-doing) and cut in half time-to-market and implementation time.
