PII's unique doctoral program graduates measurable social impact programs and organizations, not just individuals.

Doctoral candidates must develop, implement and evaluate a high-social impact project and organization.

They can bring their own project or joing an existing one with sponsors.

PII project sponsors can be organizations -for profit, non profit or governments- or private investors.

PhD candidates work in teams supervised by the PII Faculty in three stages:

1. Planning - Defining and designing three levels of resuts: Mega (social impact), Macro (conventional ROI) and Microi (products and service in a value-adding client experience)

2. Incubation - Developing an organization, value chain and processes

3. Acceleration - Creating and placing the new organization in a supporting ecosystem
